: Sr. Program Manager – IGA Program Identity Governance and Administration in GIS (Global IT Security

Background: Our Client is looking to implement IGA tools to standardize and manage user identities and access across their systems. IGA is a key part of an organization's cybersecurity tech stack. Candidate is expected to develop multi-year IGA Program plan once onboarded. There is a strong desire to find someone who can help move this program from waterfall to agile and leverage real-time reporting capabilities of JIRA. This is a hands-on role.

Responsibilities:

• Strong seasoned Program Manager (not project manager), who knows how to talk to leadership and can navigate an organization

• Hands-on experience with setting up the right governance and tools for complex programs.

• Understanding of IT Security especially identity management (IGA) is good to have, but in the end not a must

• Understanding of agile and how to do burn down charts, and experience with Jira is a must.

• Ability to oversee and direct junior project managers on the project

• Escalate the issues quickly

• Strong communication skills and effective stakeholder management 

• Develop quality leadership decks and weekly reports

• Collaborates closely with Director GIS IAM to solution for any challenges, asses impact on the overall plan and update IGA SteerCo(s) stakeholders formed by Function Lead WPT (VP WPT), function lead HR (HR Director Partner), function lead infrastructure, and program sponsor GIS VP.

• •       Collaborates closely with GBS IT PMO (VP Liliana) for reporting structure to IGA SteerCo, and other senior leadership forums (MC and MDM).
