Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager, located in Chennai. The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing programs to ensure their successful completion. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, managing budgets, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The program manager will also be responsible for reporting program outcomes and conducting impact assessments to ensure that project goals are met and sustained.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, program planning, execution, and monitoring
• Strong skills in centre management and coordination
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to conduct impact assessments and analyze program outcomes
• Should mentor students and guide them appropriately
• Experience in the social sector or working with underserved communities is a plus
• Should be responsible for centre training and placements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related fields
