Program Counselor

Role Overview

As a Program Counsellor, you’ll play a crucial role in helping aspiring learners understand our Beginner to Advance Recruitment Masterclass and guiding them toward enrolment. You'll handle both inbound and outbound lead communication and ensure a seamless pre-enrolment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and counsel 40–50 leads daily across cold, warm, and hot segments
• Explain the course structure, benefits, and value proposition clearly and persuasively
• Personalize conversations using a pre-approved script and pitch framework
• Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and updates on Google Sheets
• Follow up with leads and push conversions while maintaining a helpful, consultative tone
• Submit daily reports on lead activity, conversation quality, and outcomes
• Coordinate with the internal team in case of any escalations or feedback
• Meet weekly conversion targets (minimum 20 enrolments/week) and earn incentives per successful hire

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in EdTech / telesales / recruitment counselling is a plus
• Comfortable working remotely with own phone, laptop, and reliable internet
• Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and take weekday offs
