• Oversee the execution of all MEP systems during construction of high-rise buildings, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and design engineers to resolve technical issues during construction
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs to ensure alignment with project specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks on MEP installations
• Manage MEP contractors' schedules and monitor progress against project timelines
• Identify potential conflicts between MEP systems and structural/architectural elements before installation
• Lead MEP commissioning processes and ensure proper system testing and documentation
• Participate in project meetings to report on MEP progress, issues, and solutions
• Review and approve payment applications from MEP subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability requirements
• Manage MEP-related budget and cost control measures
• Implement and enforce safety protocols specific to MEP operations

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
• 15+ years of MEP coordination experience in high-rise construction projects
• Professional engineering license or relevant MEP certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards related to MEP systems
• Experience with BIM/3D modeling software for MEP coordination
• Proven track record of successful MEP system integration in complex buildings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Advanced understanding of vertical transportation considerations in high-rise MEP design
