Supervise daily production operations and ensure the production targets are met within set deadlines.
Monitor and maintain the production line equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Ensure the adherence to quality standards and specifications in all production processes.
Maintain proper documentation of production logs, process sheets, and reports.
Identify any issues in the production line and resolve them promptly to avoid delays.
Coordinate with other departments such as Quality Control, Maintenance, and Inventory Management to ensure smooth production flow.
Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the production area by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
Train and guide production staff as required to improve their performance and productivity.
Assist in the preparation of production schedules and reports for management review.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
1 to 2 Years and Freshers with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production workflows.
