Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:-

· Supervise daily operations of food and beverage outlets ensuring high-quality service.

· Train, mentor, and manage food and beverage staff to maintain service standards.

· Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets effectively.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

· Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.

· Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service and profitability.

· Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.

· Coordinate staff schedules and assignments to optimize operational efficiency.

EDUCATION:-

Minimum Education :- matriculate

EXPERIENCE:-

Minimum Experience :- 2yr in bakery

BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS:-

a. Fluent in Odia, Hindi & English

b. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)

c. Leadership skills, Time Management

d. Customer Service, Inventory Management, Problem Solving
