PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:-
· Managing client accounts: Keeping records of client accounts and balances, and sending invoices and account updates
· Processing payments: Receiving, sorting, and tracking payments, and issuing receipts
· Resolving issues: Answering customer questions and resolving issues, and identifying and resolving billing issues
· Customer interactions: Understand customer needs and preferences, and recommend products or services that meet those needs
· Sales transactions: Process sales transactions, handle payments, and close deals
· Customer service: Resolve customer complaints and concerns, and handle returns, price changes, and discounts
· Sales goals: Work toward sales goals, which may be weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually
EDUCATION:-
Minimum Education :- Matriculate
Technical Education :- 2yr work in bakery sector
EXPERIENCE:-
Minimum Experience :- 3yr in sales or billing
BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS:-
a. Fluent in Odia, Hindi & English
b. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)
c. Leadership skills
