We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT System Administrator to manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, network and firewall configurations, cloud basics, and a range of software platforms including HRMS, Google Workspace, and Odoo. The role also includes supporting endpoint security, CCTV setups, and maintaining overall hardware and network health. Key Responsibilities: Windows Server 2012 Administration: Maintain and monitor Windows Server 2012 environment, handle user management, group policy, and server roles. Sophos Firewall Management: Configure and manage firewall policies, VPN setups, and monitor network security. AWS Cloud (Basic): Manage basic AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM for hosting and data backup needs. Sophos Endpoint Protection: Deploy and maintain endpoint security tools to protect organizational assets. Google Workspace Management: Administer Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and other Google services for all users. HRMS Software Support: Maintain and support daily operations of the company’s HRMS software. Odoo ERP Management: Assist in configuration, troubleshooting, and user support of Odoo ERP modules. Petpooja POS Software Support: Provide technical support and manage integration/setup of the Petpooja POS system. CCTV Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems. Hardware & Networking: Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and handle LAN/WAN setup and maintenance. EPBX System: Provide basic support for office telephony systems (EPBX). Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven 2–5 years of experience in a similar IT support or system administrator role. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with endpoint security tools, firewalls, and network security. Basic understanding of AWS cloud services. Experience with productivity and enterprise tools like Google Workspace, Odoo, and HRMS platforms. Ability to handle hardware and software installations, updates, and repairs. Gain and impart knowledge on cost effective production techniques. Responsible to be cost conscious and be aware on section wise production efficiency. Prepare production plan for perishable, short life and long life products in coordination with Executive Chef. Ensure & verify that every production sections have received the production plan. Ensure that there are sufficient staffs in each section to manage production asper the plan.
