Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and safety. Coordinate with the design and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability of products. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide technical support to the production team. Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and recommend corrective actions. Assist in capacity planning and new product introduction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in AutoCAD software
