Production Manager Liquid Glucose

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the production of liquid glucose in our fully automated plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring quality and safety standards, and optimizing plant efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience working with automated systems and leading a team of operators and maintenance personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery.

2. Process Management: Oversee the production process, including raw material handling, processing, and packaging, ensuring that all automated systems are functioning correctly.

3. Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.

4. Plant Efficiency: Optimize plant efficiency by minimizing waste, reducing energy consumption, and improving productivity.

5. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operators and maintenance personnel, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they are proficient in operating and maintaining automated systems.

6. Automation and Control: Work closely with the automation team to ensure that all automated systems are functioning correctly and that any issues are quickly resolved.

7. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, FDA, and environmental regulations.

8. Cost Control: Control production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overheads.

9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

10. Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry, with experience working with automated systems.

3. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations, as well as experience with automated systems and control technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
