Bellis Hardware Private Limited, a leading manufacturer of premium ironmongery products, is looking for a driven and results-oriented Production Manager to take full ownership of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a no-nonsense approach, capable of driving productivity, enforcing strict quality standards, and ensuring seamless production flow. This role demands someone who thrives under pressure, commands respect on the shop floor, and consistently delivers results within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of all production operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, minimal downtime, and strict adherence to schedules.
• Enforce discipline and performance standards across the production team, holding all members accountable for results.
• Optimize workflows by identifying bottlenecks and implementing rapid solutions to keep production targets on track.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted material flow while minimizing waste.
• Maintain and exceed quality standards, ensuring every product meets Bellis Hardware’s reputation for excellence.
• Drive safety protocols rigorously, eliminating errors and reducing risks on the production floor.
• Report directly to senior management, providing regular updates on production metrics, challenges, and performance improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead teams with authority and motivate them to deliver peak performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on speed and execution.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining control and achieving results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
