Job Description:

We are a leading manufacturer of Enamelled Copper Wires & Strips, looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Production In-charge for our Winding Wire Unit based in Bhiwadi (Rajasthan).

The ideal candidate should have 7–8+ years of hands-on experience in managing production lines, quality control, and daily operations specifically in the Enamelled Wire/Strip industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end production of Enamelled Copper Wires & Strips
• Plan, schedule and monitor production activities to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Dispatch departments
• Ensure optimal machine utilization and workforce efficiency
• Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
• Troubleshoot issues on shop floor and ensure minimal downtime
• Maintain daily production records and generate reports for management

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in a similar role within the Enamelled Wire/Winding Wire manufacturing sector
• Strong technical knowledge of winding, enamelling, annealing and quality parameters
• Proven leadership in managing a team of operators and technicians
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and production planning
• Good communication and reporting skills
