Production Head

A production head for an event management company oversees the technical and logistical aspects of event execution, ensuring events run smoothly and meet client expectations. This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing all production elements, including staging, audio-visuals, lighting, and more. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning and Execution: Developing timelines, managing manpower, coordinating travel, and handling material management for events. Technical Production: Overseeing staging, audio-visuals, lighting, and other technical aspects of event production. Vendor Management: Coordinating with various vendors, including venues, caterers, rental companies, and audio-visual teams. Logistics and Operations: Managing on-site logistics, including site planning, vendor coordination, and production staff. Budget Management: Developing and managing event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints. Team Leadership: Leading and managing the event production team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality event delivery. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring events adhere to safety regulations and legal requirements. Post-Event Evaluation: Conducting post-event analysis to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
