Job Position - Sr. Engineer\u2013 Production Job Location -Sikkim Watches and Wearables Level - L3/L4 Reporting to- Assembly production Head 1.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: \u00B7Supervising day-to-day production activity to meet weekly and monthly targets. \u00B7Identify critical operations at casing which may lead to cumulative defects in quality and provide necessary technical support, training etc., to ensure the production happens with quality desired. \u00B7Ensure the plan reinforces the loading of the lines based on resources and the capabilities addressed by the lines in-order to increase PCO \u00B7Initiative productive improvement \u00B7Analyzing quality issues with responsible agencies and taking CAPA \u00B7Tool and manpower allocation to production lines to achieve daily targets \u00B7Manpower Training and skill development \u00B7Ensuring jigs and tooling requirement \u00B7Monitor the usage of consumables and ensure the usage is appropriate \u00B7Capacity utilization through effective load balancing \u00B7Order lead time monitoring and ensuring closure of orders \u00B7Initiate internal training on production SOP\u2019s and practices to be followed for 5S, safety and basic maintenance of machines \u00B7Documentation of day-to-day production data. 2. Job Profile \u00B7To enable assembly production of casingand ensure the a production targets are achieved as planned alignment as scheduled. \u00B7Focus on improving productivity \u2013 PCO, ensure capacity utilization and build the skills and processes required for handling complexities for future requirements of the plant. 3. Key Deliverables \u00B7Production targets \u2013 achieve 100% and above. \u00B7PCO \u2013 Improvement. \u00B7OLT \u2013 Order lead time reduction. \u00B7Capacity utilization of the shop floor \u2013 maximum load balancing [nil idling] \u00B7Quality \u2013 FTA & yield \u2013 consistent for all category of product. \u00B7COQ \u2013 reduction on process rejection for all the premium models \u00B7Cost of consumables \u2013 reduction \u00B7Process certainty for productivity and quality \u00B7MIS reports in real-time with accuracy Work Experience Be-tech in Mechanical Engineering with Experience- two to three years or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Experience- Fourto fiveyears Knowledge of Qc toot. Six-sigma, RCA - Analytical Problem solving & technically sound Production and process planning Good Manpower handling skills, Teamwork & Team building Good verbal and written communication Expert in Report making \u2013 Word, Excel, andPower point
