Product - UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong aesthetic sensibilities and experience designing for Web3 products. You should be able to conceptualize and design beautiful, user-friendly web interfaces, and coordinate design delivery as part of the broader product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality UI/UX using Figma for websites and product dashboards
• Translate product requirements into intuitive user flows and interfaces
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
• Maintain consistent design language and reusable components across the platform
• Stay updated with Web3 product design trends and community preferences
• Own and deliver UI assets on time and in sync with engineering sprints
• Collaborate in sprint planning to help define task priorities, timelines, and delivery coordination

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of web and product interface designs
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and related tools
• Experience working on Web3, crypto, or DeFi projects
• Understanding of front-end development constraints
• Self-driven with strong collaboration and delivery management skills
