Hiring for Product Support Analyst


Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support: Provide product support and assistance to customers.

2. Technical Support: Respond to technical support tickets and update status on the dashboard.

3. Documentation: Maintain documentation for all support activities.


Requirements:

1. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

2. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with networking systems, protocols, and remote desktop support systems.

3. Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.

1. Location: Airoli, Mumbai.

2. CTC: Up to 12 LPA.

3. Qualification: Graduate.

4. Experience: Minimum 4 years.
