Job Summary:

Kai Suvai is seeking a passionate and strategic Product Manager to lead our sweets, savouries, and pickles categories. You’ll be responsible for developing new products, improving existing ones, and driving sales growth through market insights and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work closely with R&D, production, marketing, and sales teams.
• Set and track performance goals (sales, growth, etc.).
• Suggest new flavors, packaging, and product ideas.
• Manage the full product lifecycle — from idea to launch to improvement.
• Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and the in-house restaurant.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback for product updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of product management experience (preferably in food or FMCG).
• Strong interest in food, with good analytical and creative skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience managing product lines and driving growth.
• Knowledge of Indian sweets, savouries, and pickles is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
