Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Product Lead with expertise in SAP to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience and a strong background in complex OpenText implementation projects, client focus, and the ability to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
Roles and Responsibility

Work on complex OpenText implementation projects while maintaining a client-focused approach.

Analyze customer's business requirements and objectives to produce functional and technical design documentation.

Conduct analysis of existing systems and design validation to ensure high-quality solutions.

Design application and solution architecture, interfacing with customers and partners to deliver exceptional results.

Collaborate with the OpenText Project Manager to implement projects and provide solution management/leadership.

Estimate effort and resource requirements to inform project plans and optimize performance.

Perform end-of-project reviews for team members when necessary.

Support optimization and continuous improvement programs.

Job

Strong knowledge of SAP and OpenText technologies is required.

Excellent leadership and mentoring skills are essential to guide junior consultants.

The candidate should be capable of managing customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality solutions.

Advanced best practice product training will be provided after appropriate Open Text training and project experience.

Active knowledge management and lessons learned preparation are important to drive continuous improvement.

The ability to perform end-of-project reviews and support optimization and continuous improvement programs is necessary.
