Procurement Manager

Role Overview: - We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the procurement of A2P messaging routes from the market, ensuring high-quality routes are procured promptly to meet traffic demands, quality requirements, and commercial targets. You will play a critical role in analyzing traffic patterns, assessing pricing trends, identifying the right vendors as well as negotiating with them for optimal route procurement.   Key Responsibilities: Procure SMS routes from the market, ensuring high quality, competitive pricing, and immediate or scheduled availability per operational requirements. Conduct traffic analysis-based pricing, quality checks, stability monitoring, and hop analysis for ongoing and new routes. Evaluate vendor offerings, negotiate commercials, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and carriers. Monitor route performance, including DLR, and stability to ensure quality standards are met. Coordinate with the NOC and Routing teams for traffic shifting, testing, and capacity optimization. Maintain updated procurement records, route testing results, and vendor performance reports. Participate in strategy discussions for rate negotiations, deal closures, and slab-wise procurement planning for operational benches. Stay updated on market trends to identify potential route sources and pricing movements. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards in line with telecom industry practices.
