Job Description

YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Service Delivery Manager P2P to lead end-to-end operations, ensuring process excellence and client satisfaction. This role involves driving performance, managing resources, mitigating risks, and delivering insights through data analysis. Youll lead teams, champion continuous improvement, manage stakeholders, and align service delivery with business goals and contractual obligations. In this role you will play a key role in
Strategic Leadership & Governance

Execute a global P2P strategyin their respecting regions in line with recommendation from GPO and Finance Manager.

Establish governance frameworkswith robust policies and controls to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations (e.g., SOX, tax laws).

Service Delivery & Operational Excellence

Oversee end-to-end AP operationsincluding invoice processing, vendor onboarding, exception handling, payments, and expense management.

Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement

Act as the primary liaisonbetween finance, procurement, IT, and external vendors, managing escalations and ensuring issue resolution. .

Process Optimization & Transformation

Lead continuous improvement initiativesto enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness across AP processes.

YOUR PROFILE
Team Leadership & Development

Build and lead a high-performing AP team, providing coaching, mentoring, and career development opportunities.

Promote a culture of accountability and innovation, ensuring high-quality service delivery and employee engagement.

Risk, Compliance & Controls

Ensure strong internal controlsare in place and tested regularly to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Monitor regulatory changes and adapt AP processes to maintain compliance with evolving legal and financial standards

Reporting, Analytics & Strategic Support

Support strategic initiativesincluding budgeting, forecasting, RFPs, solution development, and expanding AP capabilities with clients.
