Job description – Process Trainer Role & responsibilities Candidate must have 2+yrs of experience in Lead Generation / Sales Process training. Should have an in-depth knowledge of call handling process. Proficiency in Soft skills training Excellent communication skills Documenting training progress and reporting to concerned stakeholders. Should have classroom training experience including running orientation programs for new joiners. Manage performance of trainees throughout the training and even during the initial stage of taking live calls /emails and ensure good through-puts. Deliver process training to the new hires. Must have knowledge on voice process training. Conduct training sessions and refresher trainings on the floor. Address all process related queries during classroom training. Preparing and updating the training modules as per requirements to maintain good quality training. Work closely with ops, QA team to resolve bottlenecks if any.
