About the role: We are seeking a technically skilled Sales Operations Specialist to support the Sales Technology team within our global Sales Operations organization. This role focuses on optimizing the use of sales tools, managing user access and governance, and driving automation and AI-based solutions to enhance sales productivity and operational efficiency. What you will be doing: AI & Automation Enablement Collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify and develop AI use cases that improve sales workflows. Leverage AI tools to enhance reporting and streamline sales processes. Support the implementation and adoption of AI-driven features across sales platforms. Sales Technology Support Manage license allocation, user provisioning, and role governance across sales platforms and tools. Provide first-line support and training for sales tools and systems. Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with access policies and usage standards. Process Optimization Monitor tool usage and performance to identify gaps and recommend improvements. Assist in the rollout of new technologies and enhancements to existing systems. Document processes, create user guides, and support onboarding of new users. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, IT, and Data teams to align on system requirements and priorities. Act as a liaison between sales users and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution. What you will need: Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field. 3 6 years of experience in sales operations, sales technology, or business systems support. Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms. Strong technical aptitude with experience managing user access, licenses, and tool configurations. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally. Preferred Experience with AI/ML tools or scripting for automation (e.g., Python, Power Automate). Knowledge of sales processes and CRM data structures. Experience supporting global teams across time zones. Experience with tools such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Seismic.
