Scope Of Work* Primary Shared Across Functionally Group Leader is responsible for overall performance of various projects / sub – groups of the department assigned to him/her Establish norms for various departmental activities. Allot manpower for projects and review and optimize man hours Review of Engineering documents, reports & Operating manual Review Flare, Blowdown & Depressurization calculations Review Hydraulic calculation of network lines Lead, Guide, Assist the Process Engineering Team & other Project Team members to execute contract activities. To be responsible for all the work with reference to a document/deliverables and/or activity assigned to team.
