Our first product: a breakthrough high-performance insulation material.

What You’ll Do

Join us at the ground floor as we scale our proprietary material from lab to commercial manufacturing. You’ll work at the intersection of materials science, chemical engineering, and operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up pilot and lab-scale systems (equipment, layout, safety, workflows)
• Scaling up synthesis and process operations from lab to pilot to production
• Running experiments and optimizing for throughput, energy efficiency, and quality
• Collaborating with R&D, vendors, and plant operations for smooth tech transfer
• Supporting commissioning, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Who You Are

We’re looking for passionate, hands-on engineers who are excited to build something from scratch.

Minimum qualifications:

• M.Tech / M.E. / M.Sc. / PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Ceramics, Polymers, Nanotech, or related
• 0–5 years of experience in process development, pilot plant work, or manufacturing

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in plant/process scale-up, thermal systems, reactors, or solvent handling
• Familiarity with CAD tools, process modelling, or industrial prototyping
• Strong documentation, safety, and analytical capabilities
