Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Principal for a reputed Pharmacy College in Piduguralla. The ideal candidate must hold an M.Pharmacy degree with 10+ years of academic and administrative experience in a pharmacy education setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall academic and administrative operations of the institution
• Ensure compliance with AICTE/PCI and university norms
• Lead faculty recruitment, mentoring, and performance evaluation
• Manage curriculum planning, academic audits, and student development
• Foster research culture and promote innovation in teaching
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders
• Ensure discipline, quality education, and institutional growth

Qualifications:

• M.Pharmacy from a recognized institution (Ph.D. in Pharmacy preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching, including leadership roles
• Sound knowledge of pharmacy education policies and standards
