Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and develop solutions/proposals for responding to RFP/RFI/RFQs for clients in the pharmaceutical space - Translate ambiguity into clear, compelling solution narratives with pricing models and delivery frameworks - Understand the needs of potential clients and architect appropriate solutions that align with Indegene's capabilities - Define win themes by deeply understanding client needs and positioning Indegene as the preferred partner - Build Points of View (PoVs) and go-to-market collateral tailored to client challenges and market dynamics - Contribute to managing topline through presales and collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Leadership, and Strategy teams - Identify Products and Services to position the company as a strategic vendor to major pharmaceutical clients - Participate in strategizing accounts, new service offerings, and growth opportunities - Contribute to building new capabilities, executing GTM activities, and presenting solutions to global pharma and biotech clients - Align internal stakeholders around solution strategy and contribute to demand generation through thought leadership and strategic content - Domain Focus: Pricing, Reimbursement, and Market Access (PRMA) and Gen AI Business Areas Qualifications: - 5-8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in solutioning or strategic consulting - Experience in the life sciences industry - Proven ability to lead deals and develop solution strategy - Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills - Strategic mindset with solid pricing and delivery model understanding - MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute is preferred If you are looking to embark on a challenging yet rewarding career at the forefront of healthcare and technology, Indegene welcomes you to explore exciting opportunities at the convergence of these dynamic industries.
