About the Role   The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for attending to inquiries generated through Digital Marketing activities and addressing their needs. Understand the client's needs and propose an appropriate solution that suits them best. Build rapport with clients and invite them for site visits. Should be able to generate sales leads through cold calling and online marketing activity. He/she will work on leads through cold calling and online marketing activities.   What you will do   ·       The Candidate will be responsible for attending to inquiries generated through Digital Marketing activities and addressing their needs. ·       She must Understand the client's needs and propose an appropriate solution that suits them best ·       Build rapport with clients and invite them for site visits ·       Meet client on developer sales office and tag the client under the firm name. ·       she will also be coordinating with other team members to make sure clients' needs are fulfilled and no client is missed ·       She will be responsible for achieving the target set by the company and will be incentivized accordingly. ·       Need is to call customers who have already shown interest in our projects / new clients and explain them about the projects and send them details through emails.  ·       Provide complete details regarding the project to customers via mail and handle all clients in very professional and courteous manner. Who you are ·       Must be from real estate industry or should have knowledge about how the industry works. ·       Must be self-driven to grow and be pro-active about work. ·       She should have the ability to communicate with clients over the phone and convey information effectively to the client. ·       Prior Tele-sales (cold calling) experience will be a plus. ·       Preferred candidates who have worked with real estate channel partner firms. ·       Must have basic computer knowledge and be able to operate Excel, Word, Google sheets, etc.   Additional skills: ·       Excellent communication skills ·       Must have the ability to work autonomously. ·       Must have a strong work ethic and sense of loyalty to the company. ·       Preferably worked in prior Real Estate Domain   Experience: 1 Years to 5 Years in Real Estate Sales
