Job Description

Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations
  • Identify potential clients, analyze their business challenges, and position our products/services as effective solutions
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance pre-sales strategies
  • Prepare responses for RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs with high-quality documentation
  • Create and deliver technical proposals, sales decks, and product pitches
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and leads in the CRM
  • Work with the marketing team to develop pre-sales collateral including case studies and whitepapers
  • Support client onboarding alongside post-sales teams
  • Gather and share client feedback for product improvement and roadmap planning
  • Stay current with industry trends and continuously update product knowledge

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or sales support
  • Strong understanding of IT/software solutions, SaaS platforms, or enterprise applications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills
  • Ability to translate technical features into clear business value
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales and working with enterprise clients
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions, ERP, HRMS, or CRM platforms
  • Ability to design engaging visual presentations, product demos, and analytical reports
