As a Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) at WILA, a leading Edutech organization, you will play a vital role in driving the sales process for our upskilling programs in the clinical research and healthcare sectors. Your primary responsibilities will include managing leads, engaging with clients, providing counseling on our programs, and ensuring successful enrollment. Collaboration with internal teams, maintaining CRM records, and leveraging your language proficiency in South Indian languages or Marathi will be key to your success in this role. Your day-to-day tasks will involve efficiently handling incoming leads, making outbound calls to understand client needs, and guiding them towards suitable courses. You will drive the sales process from initial contact to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Proficiency in CRM software, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients will be essential for your success. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with 0-3 years of experience in inside sales or academic counseling, preferably in the Edutech sector. Fluency in South Indian languages or Marathi is preferred, along with proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. You should have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage with clients effectively.
