Job Summary:

Alans Academy is seeking a warm, energetic, and creative Pre-Primary Tutor for our English Medium early childhood education program. The tutor will engage children in foundational learning through fun, interactive, and structured activities, either in-person or through recorded sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-primary classes using child-friendly, English-medium instruction
• Introduce early learning concepts (alphabets, numbers, phonics, colors, shapes, etc.)
• Encourage communication, creativity, and curiosity through play-based methods
• Use stories, rhymes, and visual aids to make learning enjoyable
• Prepare materials for classroom and video-based sessions
• Collaborate with the academic team for structured lesson planning

Qualifications:

• Montessori / Pre-primary / NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) certification preferred
• Prior experience in early childhood education is a plus
• Fluent in English with clear pronunciation and warm presentation skills
• Friendly, patient, and passionate about working with young children
• Comfortable teaching in a studio or classroom environment

Salary:

* Hourly or session-based pay
(Compensation based on experience and session format)

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,100.00 per month
