Experience with generative BI platforms (e.g., ThoughtSpot, Tableau Pulse, Microsoft Copilot in Power BI) and natural language query systems. Proven expertise in chatbot analytics, conversational flow optimization, and voice-of-customer data interpretation. Hands-on experience with SQL, scripting languages (Python or R), and data visualization tools (Quicksight, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik).
