Process Design: Ability to analyse business processes for automation feasibility. Good to have knowledge on RPA, specifically UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism. Hands on experience in programming languages such as C#, VB.Net and Python especially in Natural Language Processing. Experience integrating AI features like Copilot to drive automation and improve user experience. Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, security, and governance best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members. We're looking for an experienced Encompass Admin/Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Encompass development, customization, and cloud upgrades. A strong understanding of Mortgage Loan Origination processes is essential. Experience integrating Encompass with Salesforce is a major plus! Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Administer and manage the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) across multiple environments Lead or support cloud migration/upgrade projects, including configuration, UAT, and deployment Customize Encompass with Business Rules, Input/Print Forms, Custom Fields, and Persona-based workflows Develop and maintain Encompass SDK/API integrations and tools (using .NET/C# or equivalent) Design, document, and implement solutions aligned with mortgage loan origination workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Salesforce-Encompass integrations for seamless lead-to-loan lifecycle Conduct regular system performance reviews and proactively manage enhancements Provide ongoing production support, including backup checks, user issues, and audit tracking Excellent communication and documentation capabilities Qualifications 6–8 years of solid experience as an Encompass Admin/Developer Strong experience in Encompass customization and configuration Hands-on knowledge of Mortgage Loan Origination processes (disclosures, underwriting, closing, post-closing) Experience with cloud upgrade/migration of Encompass instances Familiarity with Salesforce integration – either direct API, middleware (MuleSoft, Informatica), or custom Experience using the Encompass SDK, API, and building plugins is a strong plus Knowledge of compliance requirements in mortgage systems Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
