Job Description:

Shubham Nutri Foods is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at our peanut butter manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production, ensure export-quality standards, manage plant efficiency, and maintain compliance with global food safety certifications like BRC, USFDA, ISO 22000, Kosher, and Halal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall plant operations: production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch.

• Ensure compliance with international food safety and hygiene standards.

• Monitor plant KPIs including productivity, quality yield, downtime, and manpower efficiency.

• Coordinate with QC/QA, procurement, and export teams to ensure timely shipments.

• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and reduce unplanned downtimes.

• Train and supervise plant staff on SOPs, GMP, and safety protocols.

Key Skills Required:

• 2+ years of experience in managing food manufacturing operations (preferably peanut butter, spreads, or FMCG foods).

• Strong knowledge of BRC, USFDA, and ISO 22000 systems.

• Experience in export-focused production and third-party audits.

• Proficient in production planning, resource management, and plant efficiency tools (OEE, MIS, ERP).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Technical understanding of peanut roasting, grinding, and filling lines is preferred.
