Placement Coordinator

The Placement Officer position at our organization located in Cyber Tower, Hitech City, Hyderabad is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in the EdTech industry. As a Placement Officer, you will play a crucial role in creating placement opportunities for students by leveraging your corporate network, communication skills, and proven track record in the sector. Immediate joining is required for this position. Your primary responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships with hiring partners and industry clients, collaborating with companies to identify placement opportunities, organizing campus drives and interviews, as well as conducting placement-related activities. Additionally, you will be expected to visit client offices and corporate campuses to present student profiles, facilitate smooth placement execution, and monitor placement performance metrics regularly. Collaboration with training and academic teams to ensure student readiness for industry demands is also a key aspect of this role. To excel in this role, you must have prior experience in the EdTech industry within a placement or corporate relations capacity. Possessing strong connections with clients in the IT, Tech, and non-tech sectors is essential. Your willingness to travel and engage with clients face-to-face, coupled with exceptional communication, negotiation, coordination, and relationship-building skills will be critical. Familiarity with MoU drafting or execution is advantageous. A Bachelor's degree is required, while an MBA/PGDM is considered a plus.
