Job Title: Placement Officer Location: Cyber Tower, Hitech City Hyderabad Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 2 - 4 years in EdTech industry Joining: Immediate Only Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Placement Officer with a strong background in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate should possess a solid network of corporate clients, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in securing placement opportunities for students. This role requires travel for client visits and strong relationship management capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners and industry clients. Coordinate with companies to identify placement opportunities for students. Organize and conduct campus drives, interviews, and placement-related activities. Visit client offices and corporate campuses to pitch student profiles. Act as the bridge between students and companies to ensure smooth placement execution. Track and report placement performance metrics on a regular basis. Collaborate with the training and academic teams to align student readiness with industry demands. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must have prior experience in the EdTech industry in a placement or corporate relations role. Strong existing client connections in the IT, Tech, and non-tech industries. Willingness and ability to travel and meet clients in person. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation, coordination, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) drafting or execution is a plus. Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM is a plus.
