Probation Period:

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using

  Laravel

• Write clean, reusable, and testable PHP code
• Optimize application security, performance, and database queries
• Integrate APIs and collaborate with front-end developers
• Participate in agile ceremonies and follow code review standards

✅ Requirements:

• 2–5 years of hands-on PHP development experience (Laravel mandatory)
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
• Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)

🕒 Working Schedule & Policies

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, aligned with

  US Central Time (CST)

  business hours
• Indian candidates will work evening shifts to ensure time zone overlap

Breaks:

• Short scheduled breaks will be provided during the shift for rest and refreshment

Leave Policy:

• Leaves must be planned and communicated

  at least 7 days in advance

• Uninformed or last-minute absences

  may result in salary deductions
• Regular attendance and communication are expected for continued engagement
