Responsibilities We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager/BDM/Sales Manager for US Staffing process (Noida/Hyderabad Location). Candidates with prior working experience with prime vendors / Tier-1 staffing companies would be an ideal fit. Key Responsibilities: New Business Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and secure business opportunities from Tier-1 clients, including Fortune 500 companies, large system integrators, and managed service providers (MSPs). Client Engagement: Build and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers including hiring managers, procurement leads, and delivery heads. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, prospecting, and effective follow-ups. Collaboration with Recruitment Team: Partner with internal delivery teams to ensure timely and quality submission of candidates for client requirements. Market Analysis: Monitor trends in the staffing industry, client demands, and competitor activities to fine-tune sales strategies. Account Expansion: Develop existing Tier-1 accounts through cross-selling and upselling additional staffing solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time placements). Qualifications: Minimum 6+ years of experience in US IT staffing business development. Proven success in working with Tier-1 clients and large enterprise accounts. Strong understanding of IT skillsets, job functions, and staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099). Established relationships with MSPs/VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or IQNavigator. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage client accounts with minimal supervision. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
