To manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for client organizations in the manufacturing industry by understanding business needs, sourcing appropriate candidates, facilitating interviews, and supporting offer and joining processes.
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment for manufacturing domains
Strong understanding of manufacturing value chain and functional hiring needs (operations, production, engineering, SCM, Sales and Marketing, Programe Management etc.)
Proficient in JD creation, job posting, sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment
Skilled in resume databases, job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Excel
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment workflows
• Conduct meetings with client HR and functional heads to understand the organization and position requirements
• Create, validate, and finalize job descriptions with client input
• Source candidates through online portals, database search, references, and networking
• Screen and evaluate resumes for skills, domain experience, and role fit
• Initiate outreach and explain role expectations and client organization details to candidates
• Share shortlisted profiles with clients and coordinate shortlisting feedback
• Schedule and align interviews between candidates and client teams
• Ensure interview day coordination and follow-up
• Facilitate post-interview feedback, selection communication, and documentation follow-through
• Coordinate offer issuance and track candidate progress until joining
• Maintain candidate engagement and timely updates to clients
