Reporting To: Academic Coordinator / Principal
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Experience: 3–5 years teaching FMM or finance-related subjects
Age Range: 30–45 years
Notice Period: Up to 30 days
Gender: Open (female preferred, if applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Financial Markets Management (FMM) to Classes 11th & 12th as per CBSE/NISM curriculum
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons on topics such as capital markets, mutual funds, securities, and investment basics
• Prepare students for NISM certification and ensure curriculum compliance
• Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and provide constructive feedback
• Use real-world market examples and simulations to enhance classroom learning
• Maintain academic records, student performance reports, and discipline
• Participate in career counselling, finance-related school events, and parent-teacher interactions
• Stay updated with current financial trends, SEBI guidelines, and integrate them into teaching
• Collaborate with peers for integrated teaching methods and inter-disciplinary learning

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or Economics
• B.Ed. is mandatory
• NISM certification or capital market exposure preferred
• 3–5 years of relevant teaching or industry experience in finance
• Strong communication, classroom engagement, and practical demonstration skills
• Proficiency in using smart teaching aids and digital tools
