Key Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery : Design and implement lesson plans that align with the CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum, covering advanced topics in English language and literature. Job Search India | Indeed Student Assessment : Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth. Teachers Recruiter Classroom Management : Maintain a disciplined and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and critical thinking. Parental Communication : Regularly update parents on student progress and address any academic concerns. Professional Development : Engage in ongoing learning opportunities to stay abreast of educational best practices and integrate innovative teaching methodologies. Qualifications Educational Background : Master’s degree in English (M.A. in English). Go Learn India Teaching Certification : Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory. Go Learn India Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years teaching English at the senior secondary level. Skills : Proficiency in teaching English language and literature, strong communication abilities, and adeptness with educational technology tools.
