Location: Kochi (Male candidates preferred)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Personal Secretary to support the Managing Director (MD) with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will handle confidential information, schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and ensure the MD's day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the MD.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and data entry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
