As a R&D Engineer Performance Testing for Enterprise Software R&D Unit you will be a part of the respective local department, but also report to the R&D Team Manager. Role & Responsibilities :- Work closely with internal and external customers to understand technology requirements for key projects Evaluate application architectures and design performance test plans Establish performance test objectives, validate acceptance criteria, workload profiles and use case scenarios Measure and analyze performance data (workload, system, and application) Solve complex problems and provide clear and concise reports with recommendations Work closely with development teams, architects, and engineers to test their products under load and make recommendations to improve performance, reliability, and stability Your Background:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field with 3 to 6 years experience in Performance Testing. Expert skills in one or more load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, K6, LoadRunner, SOAPUI, Zabbix, Selenium, etc.) Jira and Zephyr Scale Good Knowledge in server / web side Good knowledge on API testing Proven data analysis and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Kubernetes, Azure DevOps Basic understanding of SQL, Post GreSQL Strong self-driven collaborator with ability to work in diverse teams as a contributing member Good written and verbal communication skills in English with Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Meticulous attention to detail
