Performance Test Eng for Banking Project

Overview: Performance Test Engg play a key role in identifying and resolving performance issues across various environments and supporting the bank’s technology modernization efforts. Responsibilities: Plan, design, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance testing for banking applications and services. Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools like Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar. Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with developers and architects to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues. Set up performance test environments and integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines. Monitor application and system metrics during test execution Participate in the review of non-functional requirements and ensure they are testable. Document performance testing strategies, results, and recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Essential skills: Experience in the banking or financial services domain is preferred. ISTQB certification in Performance Testing is a plus Experience: 3–5 years of experience in performance testing of enterprise applications.
