Performance Marketing Manager

Giftlaya is India’s fastest-growing gifting and event decoration platform, offering curated gifts, cakes, flowers, and premium decorations across 200+ cities. We are looking for a passionate Performance Marketing Executive to drive conversions through strategic digital ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other digital channels.
• Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reduce CPL.
• Run retargeting, conversion, and lookalike campaigns with daily optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and share insights for improvement.
• Coordinate with the content, graphics, and tech teams to align ad creatives and landing pages with campaign goals.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audience sets, and ad copies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new ad formats, and platform algorithm changes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in running ROI-focused campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads Manager.
• Understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and conversion funnels.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and SEMrush is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
