Performance Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing digital team. You’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting across channels
• Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and drive campaign performance
• Write and test ad copy variations to improve conversion rates
• Collaborate with the design team for creatives and landing pages
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages
• Analyze performance data and create weekly/monthly reports
• Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
• Basic knowledge of funnels, attribution models, and lead generation
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred

Bonus Points:

• Experience with landing page tools (e.g. Unbounce, Webflow)
• Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM systems
• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
