Key responsibilities: Plan, execute and manage high-performance Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention Conduct A/B experiments with clear success/failure metrics, keyword research, audience targeting and competitive analysis to optimize ad spend, improve campaign efficiency and maximize ROAS Ensure accurate tracking and reporting across all key metrics, develop a strong reporting framework, analytics, ROI tracking for all campaigns and provide actionable insights to stakeholders Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing. Qualifications, Experience, And Skill Set : Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. Ecommerce Experience is a must. In-depth understanding of conversions, and how they affect the overall outcome of the platform Extremely proactive, ownership-driven and a strong problem-solving mindset Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Able to present and gain insights from data. Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and manage complex workflows. Committed to results and deliveries.
