Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and performance-driven Social Media Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience to plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of social media platforms, analytics tools, and campaign management to drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, etc.).
• Monitor and optimize campaigns on a daily/weekly basis to achieve KPIs such as ROI, CPL, CTR, and conversions.
• Create, test, and analyze ad creatives (text, image, video) in coordination with the design/content team.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting strategy.
• Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
