Performance Marketing Executive

Role Definition:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our team and drive successful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, expertise in Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Design & Development.

Responsibility Deliverable:

· Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

· Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

· Google Ads & Paid Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.

· Social Media Marketing: Oversee social media strategies, content creation, and ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

· Website Design & Development: Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure seamless website functionality, UX/UI optimization, and SEO compliance.

· Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

· Client Communication: Coordinate with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure campaign alignment with their business goals.

· Multilingual Communication: Leverage proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance marketing efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,847.16 - ₹30,000.00 per month
