About the Role:

Visa2Fly is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (B2C) to lead and scale our digital customer acquisition engine. You’ll drive strategy and execution across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO to fuel growth for India’s leading visa-tech platform.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Own end-to-end paid performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube) — from setup to reporting

✅ Build, monitor, and optimize campaigns to drive conversions at an efficient CPA & high ROAS

✅ Develop and manage a robust SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and improve SERP rankings

✅ Work closely with the tech, content, and product teams for landing page optimization and funnel improvement

✅ Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate spend smartly across channels

✅ Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, bids, and landing pages

✅ Build detailed marketing dashboards & reports — track, measure, and communicate performance metrics

What You Bring:

💡 4–5 years of hands-on B2C performance marketing experience

💡 Strong command over Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console

💡 Working knowledge of SEO tools — Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

💡 Strong analytical mindset — comfort with Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, attribution models

💡Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
