4-6+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages on large, multi-table data setsExcellent technical skills in People Tools, PeopleCode, CI and Application Engine programming.Good knowledge on PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, PSQuery, Trees, BI Publisher, Integration Broker, Excel to CI utility, SQL.Good understanding and experience in Component Interface, component buffers & EIP.Should be able to debug App Engine and PeopleCodeConfigure Integration Broker and resolve issuesHave worked on development or support on these modules - PeopleSoft Financials, SCM and MFG.Provide support for production incidents and minor enhancementsAbility to analyze, code, test, and document programs and enhancementsSupport PeopleSoft PUM's and Tools upgradesMonitor performance and maintain systems according to requirementsCommunicate effectively with developers, vendor contacts, leaders, and business associatesParticipate in the team's on-call support rotationPeopleSoft Techno-Functional EPM:
Should have 5-8 years extensive experience as a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional consultant.
Experience in min 2 or 3 end-to-end Implementations/Upgrades/Support experience.Good experience in PeopleSoft Techno-Functional development and support for PeopleSoft EPM ModuleGood understanding of planning, budgeting, enterprise performance management and consolidation processesExcellent technical skills in People Tools, PeopleCode, CI and Application Engine programming.Good knowledge on PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, PSQuery, Trees, BI Publisher, Integration Broker, Excel to CI utility, SQL.Good understanding and experience in Component Interface, component buffers & EIP.Should be able to debug App Engine and PeopleCodeConfigure Integration Broker and resolve issuesFull understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies.Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies.Ability to interact with Business, technical and functional staff at all levels.Must be able to drive requirement gathering, Fit/Gap and Design sessions with business community.Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.Good written and verbal communication skills
